Base Salary: $110k - $230k + Discretionary Bonus

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a senior front office opportunity within the Aviation Finance group of a well-established financial institution, focused on originating, structuring, and executing transactions across the full aviation ecosystem including aircraft manufacturers, airlines, and lessors. The role carries true end-to-end ownership, from client identification and product development through credit proposal, documentation negotiation, and ongoing relationship management. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Originate and develop new client relationships across the aviation industry, with a focus on manufacturers, airlines, and lessors
  • Identify client credit needs and structure appropriate aviation finance solutions;prepare credit proposals and secure credit limits in accordance with internal guidelines
  • Negotiate term sheets, pricing, credit agreements, and transaction documentation to appropriately manage risk and meet client objectives
  • Maintain an active calling schedule and provide regular pipeline and deal update reporting to department and branch management
  • Monitor client credit status and business activity on an ongoing basis;meet business targets set by the department
  • Drive product marketing efforts including cross-selling of bank products and deposit services, and contribute to the development of new products to support evolving client requirements
  • Determine product pricing using market research data and internal pricing guidance
  • Onboard new customers and develop new products in alignment with the institution's risk appetite;provide KYC information to Middle Office for review
  • Ensure full compliance with internal credit risk, KYC/AML, and New Product Management policies;detect and escalate red flags or unusual activities as appropriate
  • Coordinate with operations teams to support transaction execution and post-lending monitoring
  • Prepare presentation materials for marketing events, internal meetings, and training sessions;conduct trainings as required
