  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive trends, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and proactively address emerging challenges.
  • Ensure all business development activities are conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with operational and marketing leaders to develop innovative strategies that strengthen brand awareness and drive sustainable growth.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive business development leadership experience, including at least one year within hospice, home health, or post-acute care.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-market growth initiatives and consistently exceeding revenue and market expansion objectives.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical capabilities with experience leading complex growth initiatives.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hospice operations, referral development, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% throughout the Central Region.

The Opportunity
