Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Vice President – Commercial Services to grow commercial relationships, manage a lending portfolio, and develop new business within the Sioux Falls market. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven commercial lender who enjoys business development, credit analysis, and helping businesses find the right financial solutions.

What You Will Do
- Develop new commercial lending and deposit relationships
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective business clients
- Evaluate borrower financials, creditworthiness, and lending needs
- Structure and negotiate commercial lending solutions
- Prepare credit recommendations and supporting financial analysis
- Manage an existing portfolio, including renewals, reviews, and modifications
- Monitor credit quality and identify opportunities to expand relationships
- Maintain accurate business development and prospect activity
- Build referral relationships through networking and community involvement
What You Need
- 5+ years of commercial lending or banking experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial credit, underwriting, and lending
- Proven business development and relationship management skills
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
