Job Title: VP, Cybersecurity, Privacy & AI Department: General Counsel Reports to: Senior VP and General Counsel Salary Range: $240,000 - $300,000 Summary: Responsible for CTIA advocacy on cybersecurity, privacy, and artificial intelligence issues, including: supervision of department staff; work with members and other CTIA departments (including Government Affairs, CTO, and External and State Affairs) to develop strategy and advocate in support of policy positions at Federal and State levels; and oversee drafting of agency and court filings. Support the General Counsel in providing legal advice related to administrative law and appellate litigation matters related to these issues. Education and/or experience: B.A (or B.S.); and J.D. (or other appropriate professional or graduate degree) preferred. Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in federal regulatory and administrative procedures. Language skills: Detail-oriented with knowledge of grammar and punctuation. Proficiency in proofreading skills and strong communications skills are required.
