VP - Digital Services

Angott Search Group is partnering with a nearly $1.5 billion credit union to identify an experienced VP of Digital Services to lead the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of the organization's digital banking channels.

This role is responsible for enhancing the member experience across online and mobile platforms while driving digital adoption, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Reporting to the SVP/COO, the VP of Digital Services will collaborate closely with operations, product, and technology teams to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the organizations overall business objectives.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
