ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a senior equity research opportunity at a well-established global asset manager focused on high-quality growth stocks through a long-term, fundamental value-oriented investment philosophy. The role sits within a collaborative global research team spanning multiple time zones, offering broad sector coverage and direct partnership with portfolio managers on investment idea generation, portfolio monitoring, and risk-adjusted return enhancement. It's an ideal fit for a seasoned equity research professional with 15 20 years of experience who combines deep bottom-up analytical skills with strong financial modeling capabilities and a genuine passion for identifying and tracking high-quality growth companies across global markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct rigorous bottom-up equity research across assigned industries;develop and present compelling new investment ideas to portfolio managers and the broader global research team
• Monitor current portfolio investments on an ongoing basis to enhance risk-adjusted returns;evaluate the impact of the latest news, earnings, and macro developments on underlying portfolio holdings
• Build and maintain comprehensive company financial models including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts;perform detailed valuation analysis across coverage universe
• Conduct on-site company visits, conference calls, and management meetings on a frequent basis to develop and maintain differentiated investment insights
• Maintain proactive and frequent communication with portfolio managers on industries, stocks, and portfolio positioning
• Collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team across different time zones
