One team. Global challenges. Infinite opportunities. At Viasat, we’re on a mission to deliver connections with the capacity to change the world. For more than 35 years, Viasat has helped shape how consumers, businesses, governments and militaries around the globe communicate. We’re looking for people who think big, act fearlessly, and create an inclusive environment that drives positive impact to join our team.
What you'll do:The VP, Enterprise Performance & Business Systems is a senior leadership role at Viasat responsible for architecting the company’s "connective tissue" through the lens of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean methodologies. This leader will serve as the primary catalyst for operational excellence, moving Viasat toward a "business system office" model that standardizes how we deliver complex, strategic initiatives.
You will be tasked with operationalizing a Lean mindset across the executive team and the broader organization, turning theory into a repeatable, scalable engine for growth. You will not only manage a portfolio of enterprise projects but will also design the very model for how our executives work together, anchored in CI, ensuring that efficiency and a "waste-reduction" philosophy are embedded into the DNA of Viasat’s operating model.
This role reports to the Chief Enterprise and Strategy Officer.

• Influence Without Authority: Drive strategic alignment as a high-altitude diplomat, uniting stakeholders with competing priorities toward a singular, synchronized One Viasat.
