Summary:
The Vice President of Facilities Management provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of global facilities, including maintenance, capital projects, safety, security, and sustainability. This role ensures all facilities are efficient, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Serving as the single point of accountability, the VP directs the centralized management of all facilities operations worldwide. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in facilities management and operational excellence and will lead a diverse team to uphold the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and performance.

The annualized base salary range for this position in California is $220,000 to $280,000. The base salary offered will factor in internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidates geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant experience, among other factors.
