Provides leadership, guidance and drives execution of the Facility Management Offices (FMOs) to ensure effective and efficient support of business operations. Executes small-scale projects and manages regional CAPEX spend.
Oversees the military support functions assisting the field in APF/NAF determinations. Develops and oversees the implementation of long-term agreements with military services, including Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs) and Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) for work execution.
Oversees the Energy Management Program to ensure sustainability and cost efficiency.
Develops and monitors environmental programs and oversees the NEPA process for facility actions supporting retail, ensuring full regulatory compliance. Conducts quarterly Environmental and Safety Committee meetings to maintain compliance and promote best practices.
Develops metrics to monitor and improve efficiencies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
