QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance; Accounting; or related field required
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and operations
• Strong financial modeling; forecasting; and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of accounting principles; financial reporting; and internal controls
• Experience managing Accounts Receivable; Accounts Payable; and cash flow
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Outlook; Word; and familiarity with Google Workspace
• Experience with ERP systems; accounting software; and financial reporting tools
• Real estate industry experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in financial data and reporting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
• Comfortable adopting and integrating AI and automation into finance operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership and Strategy
• Lead the company’s overall financial strategy; planning; forecasting; and performance analysis
• Partner with the CEO and executive team on growth initiatives; investments; and key business decisions
• Build long-term financial models; scenario analysis; and strategic plans
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability; cash flow; and operational efficiency

Financial Operations and Oversight
• Oversee all accounting and finance functions; including Accounts Receivable; Accounts Payable; and commission disbursements
• Manage monthly; quarterly; and annual financial reporting with detailed variance analysis
• Ensure accuracy; integrity; and timeliness of all financial data and reporting
• Monitor company cash flow; budgets; and financial performance across all offices
• Oversee inbound and outbound referral payments and reconciliations

Systems; Controls; and Process Improvement
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls; policies; and procedures
• Oversee financial systems; reporting tools; ERP; and property management platforms
• Drive automation; AI adoption; and process improvements across finance operations
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms

Team Leadership and Development
• Build; lead; and scale the finance and administrative teams
• Oversee finance staff and front desk operations to ensure efficiency and service quality
• Mentor team members and create a high-performance culture

Banking; Accounting; and Administration
• Oversee agent onboarding; including setup of commission structures; splits; and billing profiles
• Manage agent invoicing; collections; and credit card processing
• Oversee payment of company expenses with proper allocation and controls
• Support month-end close; financial reporting; and ad hoc executive requests
• Review vendor contracts; operating expenses; and capital expenditures

Governance and Risk Management
• Oversee insurance; entity structures; and financial compliance
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations; company policies; and best practices
• Reduce operational and financial risk through strong oversight and controls
