The Vice President of Financial Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis across the organization. Serving as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, this role provides financial insights that drive operational performance, strategic decision-making, and sustainable growth. The VP of Financial Operations will lead the organization's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, support mergers and acquisitions, and continuously enhance financial processes, systems, and analytics to improve organizational performance.

Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related finance leadership roles.
Experience within healthcare, private equity-backed organizations, or multi-site service organizations strongly preferred.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing finance professionals and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
Experience supporting lender reporting, cash flow forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, and post-acquisition financial integration preferred.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization and drive strategic financial decision-making.
