The Vice President, Freight Audit provides strategic and operational leadership for Casss freight audit and systematic rating functions. This executive is accountable for world class audit quality, productivity, client satisfaction, and compliance-along with the accuracy, performance, and explainability of the rating engine. The VP accelerates modernization through hands-on leadership of advanced technologies and automation capabilities, while strengthening data governance and controls across ingested invoices, shipment records, contracts, tariffs, and accessorial rules. As a core member of the TIS leadership team, this leader defines and executes the vision, operating model, technology roadmap, and talent strategy to evolve audit and rating at pace and scale.
