Carenet is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President, HR Business Partnership to lead and evolve our HR Business Partner function. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic HR leader who can translate business priorities with workforce, organizational, leadership, and talent strategies.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
Partner with senior business leaders to align people and workforce strategies with business priorities and organizational goals.
Lead and develop a high-performing HR Business Partner function that delivers strategic, consistent, and measurable business impact.
Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, organizational design, operating model improvements, and capability development.
Provide strategic guidance on organizational change, transformation, restructuring, and other significant business initiatives.
Strengthen leadership capability, succession planning, talent strategies, and accountability for developing critical talent.
Use workforce insights, business data, and organizational trends to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and support informed decision-making.
Champion a culture of accountability, strong leadership, engagement, and positive employee experience.
Qualifications:
What You'll Bring
15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership experience in HR Business Partnership, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, talent, or related areas.
Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and influencing complex business and organizational decisions.
Experience leading and developing HR Business Partners and building strong HR operating models and capabilities.
Strong experience in organizational design, workforce strategy, transformation, talent strategy, or succession planning.
A proven ability to translate business priorities into practical people and organizational strategies.
Experience leading through significant organizational change, growth, transformation, or restructuring.
Strong business acumen, executive presence, communication, and influencing skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
