Reporting jointly to the 2 Senior Vice Presidents, Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Health Officer, the VP of Care Team experience in Digital and Technology Solutions (DTS) is responsible for partnering with leaders across Yale New Haven Health System (YNHHS) and Yale University to develop and execute strategies and tactics that leverage information technology to achieve organizational goals. This leader directs the evaluation, selection, design, build, testing, implementation, optimization, and integration of enterprise applications and technologies, ensuring alignment to organizational vision, project timelines and budgets, resource allocation, and active risk management. The role ensures that applications are aligned with business, clinical, research, and educational needs and are used optimally as a unifying and transformative tool across the healthcare continuum for YNHHS practices and hospitals, Yale Medicine, and our community physicians.
