Position Summary
As a member of the professional staff, this position contributes specialized knowledge and skill in a discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Global Technology, Resort Operations and Sales & Marketing) area to support team and/or department business objectives. Generally, works with considerable independence, producing and analyzing more complex business information to assist in the decision-making process, developing operating plans and related operational processes for own department and monitoring the flow of work between own department and others in alignment with broader business objectives, selecting and developing effective managers and work teams, and leading own organization through reliable systems and processes.
The Vice President, Marketing & Sales Development – Americas (“the VP”) is a strategic, enterprise-level leader responsible for designing and executing a best-in-class recruitment and training strategy across all business units in the Americas.
