Vice President Of Manufacturing Our client for the Vice President of Manufacturing opportunity is a specialty vehicle manufacturer in high growth mode looking for a head of manufacturing to transform and improve their operations to support their rapid growth.Job Description Lead and drive all manufacturing and operationsProvide leadership and support focusing on optimizing manufacturing performance, improving supply chain processes, and boosting revenue growth.Work closely with executive leadership to design and execute company-wide strategies and initiativesDefine, track, and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for both operations and engineering to drive accountability and ongoing improvements.Identify and implement opportunities for automation, increased productivity, and cost reduction within production and engineering activities.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and relevant industry requirements.Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and key stakeholders by offering insights, recommendations, and leadership on major projects and capital expenditures.Be a leader and champion of change management initiatives during periods of organizational growth, integration, or transformationDrive and champion lean manufacturing principles driving change management and process improvementFoster a workplace culture that emphasizes collaboration, integrity, innovation, and customer focusDevelop and implement a three-year plan in line with the company objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.Provide strong leadership and mentorship to team and direct reports, including future hiring and building and development of the teamPage Executive is the global executive search, senior leadership recruitment, and executive advisory arm of PageGroup plc.
