We are now seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the next chapter of our global growth. Chief Marketing Officer to define and lead the end-to-end global marketing strategy across our Money Transfer Segment. This executive will be responsible for driving brand, growth, customer acquisition, retention, and digital transformation across multiple regions, channels, and customer segments (B2C and B2B). This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a transformation mandate. For the right leader, this is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a global fintech platform.

Role Overview
As Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead global marketing strategy and execution across all channels, with a strong emphasis on digital and direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the CMO will oversee a distributed global team and drive alignment across regions, functions, and leadership stakeholders, shaping strategy, fostering innovation, and accelerating revenue growth in a highly competitive global fintech landscape.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • You will own and execute global, multi-channel marketing to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle marketing strategies across digital and physical channels.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align marketing with direct-to-consumer growth objectives and P&L outcomes.
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across key international markets.
  • Champion a digital-first, performance-driven marketing approach, including data-driven marketing, personalization, and marketing automation at scale.
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle marketing strategies across digital and physical channels.
  • Optimize full-funnel performance, including paid media, CRM, partnerships, and field marketing.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Regional Leadership to align on growth priorities.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, services, and market launches.
  • Localize strategies to resonate across regions, with a strong emphasis on Latin America.
  • You will bring innovative, data-driven, and AI-enabled marketing practices into the organization.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing global marketing organization (10+ direct reports; Director/Mgr level)
  • Act as a strategic advisor on market expansion, pricing, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications
  • You have 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with significant tenure in global roles.
  • Proven success as a senior marketing leader (CMO, SVP) within fintech, payments, or digital-first organizations leading direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing.
  • Deep understanding of cross-border payments, remittances, or financial services ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale marketing functions across multiple regions and customer segments, multi-channel, international marketing teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong experience in digital transformation, performance marketing and brand building.
  • This position is Hybrid and requires the person to be located in one of our corporate offices.
