VP Of Construction
A leader in the water/wastewater space this New Hampshire based firm is seeking a VP of Construction preferably with civil experience to join their team as they continue to grow their firm.
Job Description
- Lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
- Manage and mentor construction teams, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Evaluate and select contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure optimal project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any challenges or delays proactively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align construction goals with broader business objectives.
- Prepare and present project reports to executive leadership.

The Successful Applicant
- Extensive experience in the construction field, preferably in the property industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and projects.
- Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent financial and budgeting skills to manage project costs effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders.
