They design and manufacture custom products from concept through production and continue to invest heavily in engineering excellence, operational growth, and leadership development.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering organization while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Oversee the complete engineering lifecycle, including design, testing, validation, and manufacturing support.Improve engineering efficiency, product quality, manufacturing readiness, and testing throughput.Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives to support scalable production.Partner closely with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial leadership to improve business performance.Serve as the technical leader during customer meetings and new business pursuits.Mentor and develop future engineering leaders while strengthening organizational capability.Support strategic growth initiatives and engineering decisions that positively impact profitability and operational performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
