VP of Finance

Vice President of Finance (CPA) | Healthcare

I'm partnered with a mission-driven healthcare organization seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a key strategic partner to the CFO and help lead the finance function through its next phase of growth.

This is a highly visible leadership role for an experienced healthcare finance executive with a background in hospice, home health, or large health systems. You'll oversee a complex finance organization, support M&A and integration activity, present regularly to executive leadership and the Board, and play a critical role in shaping long-term financial strategy. The position also offers significant exposure and a potential path toward future CFO succession.

• CPA required
• Executive-level healthcare finance experience
• Experience within organizations of $750M-$1B+ revenue
• Strong background in financial operations, reporting, budgeting, treasury, and compliance
• Proven success leading large, multi-layered teams
• Experience supporting growth, transformation, and M&A initiatives
• Executive presence with Board-facing experience
