Vice President of Finance
We are partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This highly visible position will lead the company’s financial strategy while overseeing both finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning
- Manage banking and lender relationships, credit facilities, and loan agreements
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity, treasury, and overall capital structure
- Provide leadership across financial reporting, accounting, tax, audit, and internal controls
- Analyze business and financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Partner with operational leaders to align financial and organizational objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong background in financial planning, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proven experience managing banking relationships, credit facilities, lending agreements, and capital strategies
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate financial information to senior leadership
- Demonstrated success leading and developing finance and accounting teams
