General Accountabilities:
The Vice President of Finance is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day financial and accounting operations, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, payroll oversight, banking relationships, operational reporting, and financial process improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with operations and executive leadership to drive profitability, improve efficiencies, and support strategic decision-making. The VP of Finance must possess a strong working knowledge of all accounting functions and be capable of stepping into operational accounting responsibilities when needed. This position will also participate in executive development and succession planning initiatives to prepare for future senior financial leadership responsibilities.
