Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA strongly preferred
Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience in a global public company environment
Strong experience with SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and U.S. GAAP required
Proven background in corporate controller or senior finance leadership roles
Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
Big 4 or large public accounting firm experience strongly preferred
Strong expertise in internal controls, audit coordination, and financial reporting compliance
Demonstrated experience leading global finance teams and managing complex international operations
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
Experience with ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives
