A rapidly expanding senior living organization with a portfolio spanning Ohio and Michigan is seeking a Vice President of Health Services to lead clinical excellence, operational performance, and strategic growth across a multi-campus platform. This organization has doubled in size in under two years and shows no signs of slowing — making this one of the most consequential executive hires in the company's history. What You'll Do

• Provide executive oversight across 8+ campuses in Ohio and Michigan, ensuring clinical quality, operational consistency, and regulatory compliance at every location
• Lead 7 direct reports and approximately 20 indirect reports across clinical, residential, culinary, facilities, construction, and preschool operations
• Partner with the President/CEO and executive leadership team to shape long-term organizational strategy, evaluate acquisitions, and drive multi-state expansion
• Set and enforce organization-wide quality metrics and best practices, using data to continuously elevate the resident experience
• Drive fiscal performance through budget development, P&L accountability, and resource optimization across the full portfolio
• Lead regulatory readiness across all campuses, overseeing surveys, audits, and inspections with full accountability
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team; maintain a strong succession pipeline for critical roles
• Champion emerging technologies, care innovations, and operational advancements that position the organization at the forefront of senior living
• Represent the organization as an industry thought leader and ambassador in the senior living space

What You'll Need

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, post-acute care, or a related healthcare setting
• 5+ years of multi-site or regional executive leadership overseeing complex operations across multiple markets
• Proven track record leading organizations through significant growth, expansion, or transformation
• Deep expertise in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and quality management across SNF, AL, MC, or IL service lines
• Strong financial acumen including budget development, P&L accountability, and revenue optimization across a multi-campus portfolio
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and boards on long-term strategic planning
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field required; Master's degree (MHA/MBA) strongly preferred
• LNHA or RN licensure preferred but not required
• Ability and willingness to travel 50–70% across Ohio and Michigan campuses
