VP of HR
Location: Lakewood, NJ
Salary: 250k+ DOE

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead and elevate the HR function for a growing multi-site healthcare organization. This executive-level role will be responsible for building scalable HR infrastructure, strengthening leadership development, driving talent acquisition, and ensuring the organization has the people, processes, and culture necessary to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR strategy and workforce planning across multiple locations and departments.
  • Develop and oversee recruitment efforts for clinical, administrative, operational, and leadership positions.
  • Partner with executive leadership to design organizational structures, reporting relationships, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Implement and enhance onboarding, performance management, employee development, and retention programs.
  • Create and maintain compensation structures, incentive programs, and pay equity initiatives.
  • Support managers through leadership coaching, employee relations guidance, and team development strategies.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements, credential tracking, and HR best practices.
  • Utilize workforce analytics and reporting to support business decisions and organizational growth.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior-level HR management.
  • Experience supporting multi-location organizations with diverse employee populations.
  • Strong background in recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition for professional and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Proven experience building and improving HR infrastructure, systems, and processes.
  • Knowledge of compensation design, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop managers, strengthen leadership teams, and drive employee engagement.
  • Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
