Our client, a growing employee-owned (ESOP) organization, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Human Resources to lead its people strategy during an exciting period of growth.
This executive leadership role will partner closely with senior leadership to build scalable HR programs, strengthen leadership development, enhance recruiting, and foster a high-performance culture across both office and field operations.

Lead company-wide HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
Build leadership development and succession planning programs.
Develop scalable recruiting strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
Strengthen employee engagement, retention, and an employee-owner culture.
Partner with operational leaders to improve performance, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.
Oversee HR operations, employee relations, compliance, HR systems, and people analytics.
Implement scalable HR processes that support continued growth.
7-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Experience supporting construction, skilled trades, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or other field-based organizations.
Proven success building HR systems, teams, or processes from the ground up.
Strong leadership development and talent management experience.
Experience supporting high-growth organizations and scaling operations.
Executive-level communication and business partnership skills.
Ability to work onsite in Phoenix with regular presence in field operations.
