We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Operations – Transportation to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our Las Vegas, NV market. This individual will play a key role in driving performance, growth, and excellence across our taxi operations.

Key Responsibilities of a VP of Operations:
As the VP of Operations – Transportation, you will:
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the Las Vegas market to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability
- Build strong customer relationships through direct engagement and community outreach initiatives
- Recruit, train, and mentor location staff and independent contractor drivers, promoting a culture of retention and excellence
- Oversee fleet maintenance and ensure vehicle availability meets service demand
- Direct safety, compliance, and training programs to align with company, contractual, and regulatory requirements
- Regularly monitor operational metrics and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented where needed
- Partner with leadership to develop annual budgets and strategic growth plans
- Maintain regular client communication to ensure satisfaction and contract adherence
- Support labor relations and employee engagement activities
- Promote and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards of excellence
Talent Requirements of a VP of Operations:
- 5–10 years of senior operations management experience, preferably in transportation or logistics
- Proven track record of P&L management and business growth
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative leadership style with a focus on results and accountability
