Description
Executive Operations Leader – Electrical Infrastructure / Utility Construction
Required Experience
15–20+ years of experience in electrical infrastructure, heavy civil, utility, or telecommunications construction.
7–10+ years in an executive leadership role such as Operations Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, General Manager, or similar.
Demonstrated success managing multiple divisions, business units, or regional operations.
Experience delivering both public and private infrastructure projects ranging from $1 million to $100+ million.
Strong history working with municipalities, DOTs, utility providers, developers, and general contractors.
Preferred Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
OSHA 30 Certification.
PMP, Professional Engineer (PE), or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred.
Thorough understanding of utility regulations, permitting, and contract administration.

Lead company operations across estimating, project management, field operations, equipment, and safety.
Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives to increase market share and profitability.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams.
Oversee company financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L.
Improve operational efficiencies while implementing standardized processes and best practices.
Maintain strong relationships with utility companies, municipalities, developers, and key clients.
Lead recruiting, employee retention, succession planning, and organizational development.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
