Overview:
We re working with a nationally recognized retail and commercial banking institution expanding its Premier / High Net Worth segment. They are seeking a licensed Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for affluent clients, delivering comprehensive financial guidance across deposits, lending, insurance, and investment solutions. This is a revenue-generating role ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Mandarin is a plus - not required
Proactively acquire, deepen, and retain High Net Worth / Premier client relationships
Develop and execute localized business development and client engagement strategies
Drive wallet share growth through holistic financial needs assessments and cross-sell execution
Partner with internal product specialists (investments, insurance, lending, business banking) to deliver tailored financial solutions
Generate new business through networking, referrals, outside calling, and community involvement
Serve as a trusted financial advisor supporting clients across life-stage planning needs
Maintain strong knowledge of banking, wealth, and insurance products to identify referral opportunities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit standards, and operational risk controls
Provide client feedback to leadership to support ongoing branch and service enhancements
