Job Overview

Drive integration and strategic alignment across supervision transformation efforts by connecting initiatives, aligning them to the multiyear strategy, and providing consolidated visibility, reporting, and insight.

Responsibilities

  • Connect work occurring across multiple teams inside and outside of Supervision

  • Ensure programs and workforce-related efforts are aligned to the Supervision multiyear strategic priorities.

  • Create visibility into transformation initiatives, dependencies, and progress across teams.

  • Link initiatives to business outcomes, KPIs, and roadmap value drivers

  • Provide consolidated reporting, executive-level insights, and strategic updates to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in program management, corporate strategy, and transformation

  • Ability to connect cross-functional initiatives and translate strategy into integrated execution views.

  • Expertise in program coordination, strategic alignment, and executive reporting.

  • Stakeholder management and communication skills across business, tech, and corporate functions.

  • Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear insights, priorities, and narratives.

Preferences

  • Experience working in supervision, risk, compliance, or related functional area

  • Familiarity with enterprise transformation or large-scale change programs

  • Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools

  • Experience working with roadmap planning and KPI development frameworks


 

Pay Range:

$124,939.00 - $208,163.00


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
