VP, Programmatic Media - Lamark
We are looking for a skilled VP, Programmatic Media. This role sits in Lamark, our brand-direct performance agency, leading a programmatic practice most agencies can’t offer: buying backed by infrastructure we actually own. We operate across the full ad tech ecosystem - every major DSP and SSP - and we’re platform-agnostic by design, using our owned supply and technology to drive better results for clients where it makes sense, and the best tool for the job everywhere else.
This person will step into an established, high-performing practice: a talented team, a mature book of business, and a company investing heavily in where programmatic goes next. The opportunity here is expansion - more clients, more capability, more of the market - with the infrastructure and momentum already in place.
The VP, Programmatic Media drives Lamark’s programmatic practice end to end: our direct SSP and DSP partnerships, our owned ad tech integrations, the buying team that executes against them, and the processes and AI-driven tooling that keep the practice ahead of the market. This is a player-coach seat in a first-class, expanding organization: this leader will build and grow the team while staying hands-on - in the platforms, in the campaigns, in the details - because that’s how this practice earns its reputation. This role sits shoulder to shoulder with the sales team as the programmatic voice in new business and be a driving force behind how programmatic shows up across Lamark: for clients, for prospects, and internally.
