Job Summary
The Vice President, Real Estate leads the team responsible for (i) managing all the companys existing real estate transactions, including clinic locations and administrative offices, (ii) managing and tracking leasing and subleasing of medical office space, and (iii) developing and executing against a comprehensive strategy for sourcing and securing real estate for new projects.
Team supporting this role may be a mix of internal and external (3rd party) resources.
Essential Functions
Provide day-to-day leadership to Real Estate staff, including selection, work allocation, training, coaching and mentoring, problem resolution, and performance evaluation and feedback.
Responsible for overseeing lease renewals, clinic expansions and relocations, and coordination with facilities management team for repairs, maintenance and construction.
Responsible for leading the strategy and execution of new clinic site selection, negotiation and execution of letters of intent and leases, and clinic buildout and project management.
Manage 3rd party relationship to support real estate and project management activities and incorporate learned best practices for continual process improvement.
Actively lead and support a positive, proactive, and results-oriented work culture that is regarded by peers and stakeholders as innovative and demonstrative of the companys core culture.
Collaborate with regional operational leadership teams on site selection and real estate investment decisions.
Assist in improving the efficient use of real estate.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is required. Alternatively, other or equivalent work experience is also required.
Masters Degree in business or a related area of study is preferred.
8-10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or a related field is required.
