Are you a data-driven executive leader who can translate advanced analytics into measurable commercial impact? Western Union is seeking a VP, Digital Analytics to lead enterprise analytics capabilities across marketing, pricing, and product analytics. This leader will shape the analytics roadmap, build scalable AI and automation capabilities, and partner across Digital, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to improve customer growth, conversion, retention, revenue, and margin performance.

As a key member of Western Unions Digital leadership team, this executive will own the strategy and execution of high-impact analytics capabilities that help inform digital growth, product decisions, pricing strategy, and marketing effectiveness.

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $475,000-$515,000 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
