Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand business and promote banking solutions.
  • Conduct detailed client and prospect analysis to optimize portfolio growth and risk alignment.
  • Evaluate deals, negotiate terms, and ensure alignment with business strategy, risk appetite, and credit limits.
  • Oversee the full client lifecycle, including account strategy, onboarding, KYC compliance, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
  • Perform credit analysis, prepare applications, coordinate approvals, and monitor post-disbursement performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Treasury, Trade Finance, and Legal, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor risk indicators, covenants, and compliance requirements, escalating potential issues as necessary.
  • Implement remediation plans, participate in internal risk management tasks, and support reporting requirements.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team-wide initiatives, training, and process improvements.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and corporate policies, maintaining high standards of risk awareness.
