VP, Research & Development

The Vice President, Research & Development at McCrometer is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across engineering and product development functions, including Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Firmware, and Sustaining Engineering. The role focuses on driving innovation, accelerating new product development, and improving existing products to meet evolving customer needs. Key responsibilities include developing and executing multi-year product and technology roadmaps, leading end-to-end product development, overseeing sustaining engineering, and managing innovation pipelines. The position requires a minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, research & development, or product innovation, and a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. The compensation range is $190,000 - $220,000 USD per year, with eligibility for bonus pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
