Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking VP of Revenue Cycle to join our healthcare team. This is a permanent position that requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in revenue cycle management. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. Familiarity with Nextech and Rev Cycle Management is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of revenue cycle management, including patient registration, insurance and benefit verification, billing and collections, denial management, and customer service
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
3. Provide leadership and direction to the revenue cycle team, ensuring that all processes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
4. Analyze financial data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance revenue capture.
6. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to revenue cycle management.
7. Stay current with industry trends and changes in healthcare legislation that may impact revenue cycle operations.
8. Provide ongoing training and education to the revenue cycle team to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
3. Strong knowledge of Nextech, Compulink, or MedEvolve and Rev Cycle Management.
4. Proven track record of improving revenue cycle performance and driving revenue growth.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills + has experience managing external outsourced teams
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic decisions.
7. In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing and collections, insurance and benefits, and regulatory compliance related to revenue cycle management.
8. Ability to navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
