VP Sales Business Banking - Any Location

VP, Sales Business Banking JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for developing new business relationships and expanding existing customer relationships within their assigned market. Through prospecting, networking, referral partnerships, and a consultative sales approach, the VP delivers Gateway's full suite of business banking solutions, including payment processing, treasury management, deposits, lending, POS technology, and other financial solutions. Success is measured through new business development, exceptional customer service, and long-term relationship management.

VP, Sales Business Banking ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Develops new business relationships through prospecting, networking, referral partnerships, centers of influence, and community involvement.
• Expands existing customer relationships by identifying opportunities to deliver additional Gateway solutions.
• Conducts consultative business reviews to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate business banking solutions.
• Presents Gateway solutions including payment processing, treasury management, deposits, lending, POS technology, and related financial services.
• Maintains an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records while meeting or exceeding activity and production expectations.
• Partners with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experience.
• Exercises awareness with regard to possible suspicious activity, money laundering or fraudulent behavior and reports any such incidents to the BSA department. Performs all job functions in compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations as applicable to the position, including, but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC and GLBA/privacy rules.
• Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.
