TTEC,thecustomerexperienceorganizationthatpowerstheworld'sgreatestbrands,ishiringaVP,SalesExecutive,tojointhemissionoftransformingcustomerexperienceandbringinghumanitytobusiness.Thispositionwillbesellingourportfolioofserviceswithinour“Engage”suiteofcapabilitiestoenterprise-marketclients.

TheSalesExecutivewilldrivenewbusinessbyacquiringcustomersandgeneratingrevenuewithinourTechnologyvertical.ReportingtotheChiefRevenueOfficer,thisroleinvolvescreatingdemand,buildingapipeline,andclosingdeals.TheSalesExecutivewillleadnewlogopursuitsandnurtureclientrelationshipsbyleveragingexpertiseinthemoderncustomerexperienceoutsourcingincorporatingdigitaltransformationsolutionssuchasconsulting,conversationalAI,RPA/automation,messaging,andanalyticstoelevatecustomerengagementbeyondtraditionalofferings.

  •        Consultativesolution-selling,providingsolutionstocomplexclientissuesthatdrivemutuallypositivebusinessoutcomesinthecustomercaredomain

  •        Expertatcultivatingrelationshipswithdecisionmakersinclientorganizations(ChiefSalesOfficer,ChiefMarketingOfficer,ChiefCareOfficerandotherC-levelexecutives)tosecurenewbusiness,newclientaccountsandmaximizethevaluedeliveredbyTTEC’sservices

  •        Actasatrustedadvisortoclientprospectsbydemonstratingadeepunderstandingoftheirbusinessdrivers,organizationalimperatives,customerexperiencechallenges,andoffersolutionsutilizingpersuasivewinthemesandeffectivesalesstrategies

  •        Supportallstagesofthesalesprocess,maintainingsalescontrolandguidinginternalteamstocollaborateandrallyarounddevelopmentofinnovativesolutionstomeetorexceedidentifiedsalestargets

  •        Possessanin-depthunderstandingofTTEC’sservicesanddifferentiation

  •        ShepherdallclientwinsensuringasmoothtransitionintoOperations,actasastewardforgoodbusinessandgrowtheclientrelationshipbyensuringflawlessexecution

  •        ConsistentexecutionofTTEC’ssalesprocessincludingforecastaccuracy,accountplanning,territorymanagementandmaintainingaccountdetailinourCRMplatform

  •        Maintaincompetitiveknowledgeandfocus,continuouslygrowanddevelopprofessionally

Qualifications

  •        12years’experienceofconsultativesolution-sellingexperiencewithcomplexglobaloutsourcedsolutions

  •        Experienceinoutsourcedcustomercareservicesorfraudprevention&detectionsolutions

  •        Demonstratesstrongnewbusinessacquisitionandrevenuegenerationwithintechnologyvertical.

  •        Trackrecordofcreatingdemand,buildingarobustsalespipeline,andclosingdealstomeetandexceedmulti-year,multi-million-dollarannualrevenuetargets

  •        Comprehensiveunderstandingofthefullsaleslifecycle,fromprospectingtoclosing,withastrongcommitmenttoeffectivefunnelmanagement

  •        Provenabilityincorporatingtransformationaltechnologiestoimproveefficiencyandproductivitywhilecreatingexceptionalcustomerexperiences

COMPENSATION&BENEFITS
Theanticipatedstartingsalaryrangeforindividualsexpressinginterestinthispositionis$160,000-$190,000.Thispositioniseligibletoparticipateinasalesincentiveprogram.Actualcompensationofferstoacandidatemayvarybasedupongeographiclocation,workexperience,educationand/orskilllevels.
