About the Role:
We're looking for a Vice President of Sales Intelligence & Enablement responsible for the overall strategy, performance, and execution of retail sales enablement, analytics, and competitive intelligence across our life insurance and annuities business.
This Vice President of Sales Intelligence & Enablement provides executive leadership as a member of the Retail Executive Leadership Team and serves as the senior point of accountability for equipping marketing and distribution teams with the tools, insights, and capabilities needed to drive revenue growth, productivity, and market competitiveness.
This role will lead and develop Sales Development & Analytics, Competitive Intelligence and Sales Enablement teams including Training, while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Strategic Accounts, Product, Operations, IT and executive leadership to deliver integrated, scalable solutions across the enterprise.
