Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a VP Sales Operations for a Direct Hire with a client in Exton, PA. The ideal candidate will lead sales operations strategy by driving pipeline management, forecasting, quota governance, compensation planning, and CRM optimization to improve revenue performance and operational efficiency.
Salary Range: $175K/annum to $185K/annum; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
VP Sales Operations Job Responsibilities include:
Own and manage sales process governance, account planning frameworks, and pipeline management standards across the sales organization.
Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, bookings reporting, and pipeline health analytics for executive leadership.
Design, administer, and govern quota planning, allocation, tracking, and performance reporting processes.
Oversee commission plan administration, payment accuracy, dispute resolution, and alignment of compensation programs with business objectives.
Manage CRM/SFDC operations, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, reporting accuracy, and revenue funnel hygiene.
Lead deal desk, pricing governance, compliance processes, and sales performance analytics to support strategic decision-making and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or a related function.
Strong experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, quota planning, compensation administration, and KPI reporting.
Advanced proficiency in CRM/SFDC management, data governance, revenue analytics, and cross-functional partnership with Sales and Finance leadership.
