ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a senior Treasury Business Management opportunity at a well-established and rapidly growing global financial services platform, serving as the direct deputy to the US Treasurer across a broad mandate spanning cash forecasting, liquidity stress testing, funding strategy, regulatory compliance, and new business integration. The role sits within a first-line Treasury function and requires someone who is deeply product-knowledgeable particularly in equity clearing, prime brokerage, and secured funding commercially minded, and confident enough to challenge business assumptions while partnering effectively with the Front Office, Finance, Risk, and Compliance functions. With a growing Prime Brokerage business and a firm that actively acquires new platforms, the seat offers genuine strategic influence and meaningful day-to-day ownership for a seasoned Treasury professional ready to operate at the highest level with minimal oversight.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the US Treasurer's primary deputy supporting the development and execution of US Treasury strategy across funding, liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity stress testing, and FX and interest rate risk management
• Develop and enhance daily Treasury processes and reports to facilitate cash forecasting, stress testing, and ongoing liquidity risk monitoring across US legal entities including broker-dealer and FCM structures
• Collaborate with Risk Management and Front Office businesses to ensure stress test assumptions remain current, relevant, and reflective of actual business activity particularly across the growing equity clearing and prime brokerage platform
• Stay ahead of upcoming and revised regulatory requirements (SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and applicable exchanges) to assess impact on firm funding and liquidity and ensure ongoing compliance
• Lead involvement in the Business and Control Approval Committee (BCAC) process to resolve funding and liquidity issues related to new products or processes prior to implementation
• Drive collateral optimization initiatives, new funding programs, and other strategic Treasury projects as directed by the US Treasurer
• Assist with maintaining and enhancing key Treasury policies including the general liquidity policy, contingency funding plan, cash investment policy, and funds transfer pricing policy
• Collaborate with Operational Risk on RCSA processes;liaise with regulators, rating agencies, and auditors in conjunction with the Treasurer
• Lead and participate in automation and process improvement projects to optimize Treasury operational efficiency
• Support funding and liquidity integration activities related to M&A transactions and new business platform acquisitions
