Role Responsibilities --------------------

• Responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Serve as a role model using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Plan and present effective lesson plans, teacher manuals provided each month, and teaching strategies for students.
• Utilize a variety of learning modalities in each lesson.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play, learn, and grow.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their childrens latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Support your centers success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Qualifications --------------

• At least 3 - 5 years of professional teaching experience
• Bachelors degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related degree or CDA
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAPCPR) and First Aid Certification
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must meet all state-specific guidelines and certifications for the role

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
