Role Description

\n

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Engineer at ITS USA LLC located in Covington, GA.

\n

The Operations Engineer will support daily AOI/VRS operations, assist with operator coordination, and help ensure that inspection activities are performed accurately and efficiently. This position will receive hands-on training in AOI/VRS processes, operator workflows, quality control standards, and production support activities.

\n

This role is well suited for someone who is interested in manufacturing operations, quality control, and growing into a broader operational leadership role over time.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

• Support daily AOI and VRS operation activities on the production floor.
• \n
• Assist operators with work assignments, process flow, and daily operation needs.
• \n
• Help coordinate shift schedules, shift handovers, and weekend coverage as needed.
• \n
• Monitor operation status and communicate issues to the appropriate team members.
• \n
• Work with AOI operators, VRS engineers, quality teams, and manufacturing teams to support smooth production flow.
• \n
• Help ensure operators follow inspection procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• \n
• Assist in identifying operational issues, delays, or abnormal situations during inspection activities.
• \n
• Prepare basic operation and quality-related reports as needed.
• \n
• Support operator training, onboarding, and process improvement activities.
• \n
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency, accuracy, and communication across shifts.

Qualifications

\n

• \n
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• \n
• Experience in manufacturing, quality control, production support, or operations is preferred but not required.
• \n
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• \n
• Ability to work well with operators, engineers, and manufacturing teams.
• \n
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• \n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• \n
• Ability to work in an on-site manufacturing environment.
• \n
• Willingness to support shift schedules, weekend schedules, or urgent operation needs as required.
• \n
• Interest in developing operational leadership skills over time.
• \n
