Serves as the liaison to various government and non-government organizations communicating the benefits and programs the Exchange provides to military communities. Identifies opportunities to build key relationships to support organization strategic priorities.
Partners with regional staff to amplify local government and military installation relation efforts, coordinates and participates in outreach events. Identifies and evaluates other opportunities within close proximity of military communities, American Legions and Veterans of Foreign Wars posts and communicates the ROI of the outreach programs.
Develops and implements plans to successfully coordinate and execute key outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Monitors and participates in local and regional outreach activities to maintain Exchange positive image and increase brand recognition.
Performs other duties as assigned.
