POSITION OVERVIEW

The Business Analyst III will drive the identification of business and system requirements across multiple business units to eliminate substandard processes through real-time data evaluation. Serving as a thought leader for technical business processes, this role is tasked with developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that enhance productivity and operational efficiency across the organization.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and implement precise project management plans while maintaining transparent communication across all stakeholder levels.
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance testing at every stage of systems development.
• Determine and document detailed user requirements for production systems to optimize overall usability.
• Partner collaboratively with cross-functional teams (including sales, finance, security, and compliance) to deliver required documentation and analysis.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to assess performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and maintain systems processes.
• Deliver monthly status reports, author internal/external technical documentation, and build lasting partner relationships to ensure smooth systems integration.

• SQL & Database Management: 5+ years of experience with high proficiency in querying and managing databases.
• Python: 5+ years of experience using Python for analytics and systems development.
• Systems Analysis & Requirements Gathering: 5+ years of experience analyzing systems, generating process documentation, and mapping user requirements.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

• Business Objects: Practical experience working with Business Objects for reporting and analytics.
• ITIL Foundations: Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT service management principles.
