• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights - Required - 10 Years
• Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements and/or user stories in Waterfall and Agile project environments - Required - 10 Years
• Experience developing business process models - Required - 7 Years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders - Required - 5 Years
