Job Overview:
Pay Range: $47hr - $52hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of engineering technology leadership experience.
- Ability to lead engineering teams and drive delivery and code.
- Strong technical credibility with development teams.
- Hands-on understanding of modern engineering practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering teams and drive delivery and code.
- Facilitate AI / GenAI enablement and adoption.
- Oversee SRE transformation and operational excellence.
- Enhance engineering productivity and SDLC modernization.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure technical governance.
Nice to Have:
- Cloud expertise (Azure, GCP, AWS).
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Background in platform engineering.
Skills:
- AI / GenAI (OpenAI, Copilot, LLM-powered solutions).
- SRE / Observability.
- SDLC modernization.
- DevOps and CI/CD.
- Modern application architecture.
Education and Experience:
- Experience as an Engineering Manager, Engineering Director, Platform Engineering Lead, Technology Delivery Leader, SRE Leader, or Engineering Transformation Leader.
- Experience in engaging executives and leading engineering teams.
- Ability to drive technology transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on technical guidance experience.
