SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to and works under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, who assigns duties and reviews work for effectiveness pursuant to established work standards.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Supervision of assigned staff, participates in the selection of new personnel, performs employee performance evaluations.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide oversight and supervision in assigned Workforce & Education programs. Manage daily program operations, supervise staff, monitor program expenditures, and staff payroll processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in social services, education, public administration or related field, with at least one year practical experience in the development, delivery, planning or assessment of social service or education related programs, or any combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated ability:
Proficient with MS Office programs.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must pass a criminal history background investigation; however, a conviction of a crime may not necessarily disqualify an individual from this classification.
Possessing and maintaining a current Oregon driver's license and insurance levels consistent with ORS 806.010 is a requirement of the job.
National Career Readiness Certificate is preferred.
