Call: Required - Call rotation is 1:4
Job Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire
Case Types: General, Orthopedic, Endo/GI, Urology, ENT, Podiatry, occasional healthy Pediatrics and Spine. No heads.
Special Requirements: Regional anesthesia proficiency is highly preferred, but the facility is willing to train
Staffing Grid: Daily staffing consists of 4 CRNAs and 1 MD
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a service-driven CRNA to join our collaborative team in Lake Jackson, TX. This independent 1099 opportunity offers excellent pay, a manageable call schedule, and a supportive work environment ideal for both experienced CRNAs and new grads.

Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas.
(Currently, or willing to obtain)
Minimum of 0-1 years of
experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in various anesthesia cases.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia
management for diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver
optimal patient care.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
