Job Summary: 
<\/b>Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a W2 direct -hire opportunity. This role involves providing high -quality anesthesia care across a variety of clinical settings while working as part of a collaborative and well -supported anesthesia team. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient -centered care. Requirements<\/h3>
● <\/b>Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re -certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)<\/b>
<\/div>
● <\/b>Valid, unrestricted RN<\/b> and CRNA licenses<\/b> in Arkansas.<\/b>
<\/div>
● Minimum<\/b> of 1 -2 years of experience <\/b>as a CRNA preferred; New grads will also be considered.
<\/div>
● <\/b>Proficiency in General, Ortho, OB, Urology, Peds, ENT, Vascular, Pain, Cath Lab, IR<\/b>
<\/div>
● <\/b>Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
<\/div>
● <\/b>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
<\/div>
● BLS<\/b>, ACLS<\/b>, and PALS certifications<\/b> required
