Annual Salary Range: First year compensation: $358,500 (Includes guaranteed base: $300,000 + Sign On Bonus: $25,000 + CME Reimbursement: $3,500 + Stipend: $30,000)
- Years 2–3: Total compensation: $333,500 annually.
Schedule: 4×10‑hour shifts; shared call rotation
Call: Required – rotating call schedule
Case Types: General, Ortho, OB, Urology, Peds, ENT, Vascular, Pain, Cath Lab, IR
Start Date: ASAP
EMR: Paper Charting
Supervision Model: Independent CRNA practice
Special Considerations: Full‑scope anesthesia practice including general, regional, neuraxial, airway management, and vascular access; Independent practice within clinical privileges; Diverse case mix in a community hospital setting; Strong OR culture and supportive leadership;

Job Summary:
Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a W2 direct-hire
opportunity. This role involves providing high-quality anesthesia
care across a variety of clinical settings while working as part of
a collaborative and well-supported anesthesia team. The ideal
candidate will bring strong clinical skills, sound clinical
judgment, and a commitment to patient-centered care. This permanent

Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board
on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CRNA
preferred; New grads will also be considered.
Proficiency in General, Ortho, OB, Urology, Peds, ENT, Vascular, Pain, Cath Lab, IR
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver
anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
